The “Ramats de Foc”Fire Flocks” team, within the framework of the Prepast project in which the Pau Costa Foundation participates, takes care of the recovery of livestock infrastructure such as corrals and troughs, and of promoting the incorporation of new cattle breeders in the Montsec and Boumort area.
Prepast aims to recover extensive grazing to promote the bio-economy, ecological transition, adaptation to climate change and the fight against rural depopulation in the Pre-Pyrenees of Lleida, specifically, in the Serra del Montsec and Boumort.
