Sergi provides restaurants with part of the product derived from livestock farming, mainly cheeses. He also sells his products directly. Sergi also welcomes schools, and groups of students from urban areas to raise environmental awareness. He tells them first hand the reality of the livestock sector, the management of fire risk and the particularities of a different way of life to the one predominant in Catalan territory.
Sergi wants to expand the herd to double the current number and sees in “Ramats de Foc” the opportunity to fight for the recognition of its work in the management of the territory, as well as a way of support
and advice.
