RC Beef Quality is a company founded by Pau Rubio and Jordi, two young farmers from the Garrotxa. They have a herd of cows in conversion to organic, graze freely in the area of Santa Bàrbara de Pruneras, in the Alta Garrotxa, collaborating in the maintenance of vegetation in areas of high risk of fire. Thanks to the fact that they close the whole cycle (breeding, rearing and fattening of cattle) they can offer the best quality products with the highest food safety.
