Located in Verges, in the heart of the Baix Empordà, Eugeni Darnaculleta grazes a herd of half a thousand native sheep that graze habitually in the shade of a sparse undergrowth and delimit the perimeter of this forest, thus becoming a measure of self-protection for an inhabited area of isolated farmhouses.
