Paco Royo, together with Rosa Pereira, have a flock of Xurra’s sheep of about 110 heads. They graze in the protected area of the Montnegre Corredor, specifically in the municipality of Sant Celoni. With their grazing they contribute to the management of wildfires in the Montnegre Corredor Park. The meat from their flock is sold through direct sales or through some restaurants in the area.
