Raquel has been in charge of the “Petita Granja de Claret” since 2016, a farm of Florida dairy goats and Menorcan cows where the animals graze the undergrowth in the Serra de Castelltallat. The milk is used to produce organic dairy products which she sells directly. Another farm goal is training and research in phytotherapy treatments and essential oils.
