In the Aubracs del Sorreig, Ángel Marc manages a herd of 64 pure aubrac cows. His cows produce in a closed cycle, controlling from the breeding, the fattening, the slaughter of the cattle and the marketing of the product. The final product, organic beef, is distributed in batches to cooperatives and end consumer associations in Lluçanès. Concerned about land management, Àngel Marc is considering adding a couple of donkeys to improve fuel management.
