Enric manages a small herd of 60 animals of the native breed of Ripollesa sheep. At the Mas Quintana public farm (Alta Garrotxa), he uses sectorization and rotation of grazing areas to achieve intensive but sustainable consumption of grass and shrubs. This task ensures the conservation of open spaces that can serve as a safe area for firefighting operations in the event of a fire, and also reduces plant fuel in adjacent forests.
