Miquel and Jesús are father and son, and together they run a farm of Ripollesa and lacona meat sheep and some Murcian and Alpine goats located in Centenys, in the municipality of Esponellà. Their flock grazes daily in the surrounding forests and open spaces, including the Bon Aire forest, a forest of Aleppo pines and holm oaks identified as a strategic area for forest fire risk management.
